My cute Grandma. This day was quit eventful... I went to the courthouse steps with my 3 kids parents and grandparents and bought a duplex. JD was too busy with work to come. There were about 9 other guys wanting to bid on the property. We didn't think anyone else would be there so I was texting and calling JD trying to see how high he wanted to go. I could not get a hold of him :( Good thing he trusts me!! The bid started out at 115,000 then someone bid 120,00 and instead of taking it slow I jumped straight to 130,00 going once, going twice.... another guy 131,000 going once, going twice...me 132,000 SOLD!! Luckily so far it has worked out great :)
