Strolling Around

I can't believe how fast my little baby is growing up time is flying by!!

Snow Fun

We had loved all the snow and being at my parents house has made it that much more fun. We go out in their field and drag the kids around for hours they absolutely love it :) Colby got his snow skis and hockey helmet on and then JD would drive as fast as he could and Colby would launch off the motorcycle jumps it was hillarious.

November and December Pic.

The best present under the tree. Kennedy loved to play under the tree and get as many ornaments off as possible :)

Our FAVORITE face of Kennedy's she always does this and it makes everyone laugh.
They have started to play together it is so much fun to watch.
The marker accientally missed the white board.

 Silly brothers!!

My sister was doing Kayci's hair and Lincoln wanted a turn so she flat ironed his hair and he ended up with and 80's hair style!!

Baa Baa Black Sheep

Tyler had to do a nursery for school and he chose Baa Baa Black Sheep. I had a hand me down sheep costume for Kennedy so she became his little prop. She was the cutest little sheep I have ever seen. Tyler did great reciting the poem in front of his class and all the parents!!

St. George

I love this picture of them squishing their chubby cheedks together
We had a nice relaxing weekend in St. George with lots of bike riding, walks and swimming. I was moving to slowly after the race to take many pictures :)

Snow Canyon Half Marathon

JD RAN A HALF MARATHON!!!
During the summer I signed up to do the Snow Canyon Half Marathon down in St. George, JD told me he was going to do it with me and that he was going to beat me.... We made a deal that if he beat me he could go buy a mountain bike. Well weeks past I signed up and told JD I would sign him up when he started to train because I didn't want to waste $45.00 for the regristration fee. The training never started.

Fast forward a few months to the day we were leaving for the race. My training had dwindulled down to nothing due to the process of selling our house and it was now under contract. That morning I had a complete break down, after calling my Mom I decided that my parents would take the kids down to St. George for the weekend so I could start the process of getting everything packed. JD got home from work and after a major discussion/fight the whole family was on our way to St. George with my parents.

My brother-in-law Colby was suppose to run the race but he never trained for it and they had gone down the week before so they told us JD could use his number. So JD decided in the car driving, without a day of training to try it. He did AWESOME we ran together until mile 7 and then his knee started bugging him so I continued on. What a supportive wife :) JD got a time of 2:11  and I got 1:51. Not my best at all but it was a really fun race, I out kicked a guy to the finish line and it was great to run with JD.

I remember catching up to JD after slowing down to chat with a friend and thinking to myself he is one amazing guy to still be running this fast!! JD said he will never run another one with out training but that it was fun.
