Love My Lincoln

Lincoln is always trying to be just like his older brothers after Tyler gets done showing me his preschool papers Lincoln puts on his backpack. It's just a tad big for him!!

My little Lincoln is a climber and is always finding ways to put himself in danger to keep my constant and undivided attention. Somehow he has wiggled his way under the stove admist all my pots and climbed up on the shelf!! You never cease to amaze me my cute little baby :)

Temple Square Lights

Having fun in the car while waiting to get out of the parking lot!!

We had a great time at the lights this year, it was uneventful and the boys especially Lincoln loved seeing all the lights!!

UNO Night

We got to host UNO night at our house during the month of December and I found this fun game for the boys to play. Each family had a sack with a candy bar, candy canes, tape, a chocolate santa and some other little candy and then they had 10 min. to build a sled that we raced. The boys loved it and of course things got competitive!
 The race with referee JD
Cole, Drew, Tyler & Kaden. Cole and Kaden use to play together when they were under 2. Actually Cole's Mom Katie is an angel and use to watch Kaden for me while I finished up my bachelors up at the U of U. It was so much fun to have them back together again. I wish Katie and I lived closer :)

This party was also an ugly sweater party and of course I ran out of time and didn't end up finding one for me or JD. But don't worry JD made his own. He put on a tight referee shirt and left the zipper all the way undone and then hairsprayed, yes hairsprayed his chest hair so it was nice and fluffy. You gotta love JD :) It was a great night!!

Gingerbread Houses

I love all the fun family traditions we have around Christmas Time!! Lincoln loved climbing up on the table and eating all the candy!!

Christmas 2011

Christmas Eve Jammies- Thanks Mom

We have the boys sleep in our room Christmas night so we can see the look on their face when they see what Santa has left for them. Their face says it all they were sooo excited!!

I tried to surprise the boys with a bee-bee gun since they have been asking for a REAL gun for a while. Well I was able to make a trip to Walmart without them but didn't have a chance to take it out of the car before Kaden saw it in the back :( Not knowing what to do I told them it was for their Dad, they helped me wrap it and put it under the tree. Christmas Eve we hid the gun. The next morning when we where opening our gifts Kaden was so confused about where that present went. So JD sat the boys down and told them what had happened. They were thrilled to learn it was their very own gun!!

Kaden LOVES legos we got him this Lego set that had 240 pages of instructions and was for ages 12-16. ( I wanted to challenge him) I thought sweet he will be working on this all week, I was wrong it took him three days to build this tractor that has a remote and hydralics. Way to go buddy!!

Unfortunately I was throwing up Christmas Day so I wasn't able to play with the kids as much as I wanted, or go to my parents house. I did get to make a trip to labor and delivery because I thought my water had broke and I was having lots of contractions. They pumped me full of fluid, got me rehydrated and the contractions went away. We got home at 2:30 in the morning. It was kind of nice being able to spend Christmas night with my hubby even though we were in the hospital.

Even with being sick it was a great Christmas!!

Mr. Clean

It's never to early to teach your kids how to vacuum right? J/K This has become a battle everytime I pull out the vacuum Lincoln wants it and won't even let me help him. I even have an extra nozzle that looks exactly the same that I try and give but he wants the real thing!!

Sleeping Under the Tree

Every year we let the boys sleep under the tree after watching movies together etc. I usually try and sleep under the tree with them but said I would have to take a rain check till next year, in fear I wouldn't be able to move the next. JD also said he was a "NO Go" but when I came back from brushing my teeth I found all my boys fast asleep!!

I love how sweet and innocent kids are when they are asleep!!

Random Pics

I just love my little Lincoln and all his funny faces!! He absolutely loves the camera and will ham it up for it any time. Of course Ty had to join in the fun!!

Happy Halloween

For Halloween I purchased Tyler a knight costume, that is what he wanted. But a couple of days before his preschool party he informed me that he didn't want to be a knight he wanted to be a vampire so he could scare all the girls in his class :) Luckily he was a vampire last year and the costume still fit.

It was a pretty mellow Halloween for us this year usually we are so busy with different Halloween activities that sometimes we enjoy the month of October more than December!! (A lot of that has to do with JD's job) Not this year our whole world got turned upside in September and JD was right in the thick of starting another business and lets face it I was too tired from the pregnancy and Lincoln to do many activities on my own.

The boys had a blast Halloween night and looked absolutely adorable!!

Carving Pumpkins

Kaden absolutely hated cleaning out his pumpkin....

YES he is almost throwing up while JD and I took pictures and laughed. (He throws up very easily)

My sweet little boy!!

Tyler couldn't be more excited, he asked every five minutes when we were going to carve pumpkins after going to Grandma & Grandpa Reeves pumpkin patch

Lincoln was entertained by sticking his tool into a hole in his pumpkin stem!!

San Diego 2011

We spent a week on the beach.... unfortunately it was cold and clouded over the whole week. The kids had fun playing with their cousins, it was not the best vacation we have ever had but I did get to spend some time with my awesome hubby :)

Kaden braved the cold and learned to stand up on the boogie board

I love Lincolns foot prints in the sand. He loved following the tracks of the lifeguard trucks

When you would tell Lincoln to smile this is the face you would get
