Lake Powell 2012

 Lake Powell was soo much fun this year. I was really scared to go because of my 2 little ones, but I am so happy we went. Lincoln was so happy the whole time :) We had this amazing spot with a huge beach and the houseboat blocked off the rest of the canyon so the kids could swim and ride the paddle board with out us worrying. I have no idea how my uncle got his houseboat in this spot but we loved it!!

 Lincoln learned how to swim by himself on this trip.. yeah for me now maybe I will venture to our neighborhood pool by myself.

Kadens Baptism

Doesn't he look so handsome in his new suite!! 

 

  About a week before Kadens baptism we asked him if he wanted to get baptized and why etc.... Well we ended the conversation with saying "Kaden it is up to you if you get baptized we want you to know it is the right thing to do. So pray about it and if you have a good feeling in your heart then you know it is the right thing. If not you can't wait to be baptized and we don't care if it is the day of your baptism and you decide you don't want to that is okay."  Obviously he ended up getting baptized and I hope he remembers through out his life that it was his decision.  Kaden we love you and think you are one amazing little boy :)

Slip-N-Slide Birthday Party

 We did a combined birthday party for the boys this year and they had a BLAST!!

 Some of the many friends that came. Thanks everyone for coming!! My sister from Minot North Dakota and her two kids drove into town right as the party started so they were able to come too :)

 

 Colby took time out of his crazy busy schedule to make it all happen THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

 Our little princess slept through a lot of the fun

 

 The boys got so many presents that I am sure it was better than any Christmas morning they have had :)
