Our Easter bunny just shoves everything in buckets that seem to only last one summer!!
Kaden woke-up first and came into our room so excited that the easter bunny had come. He was absolutely amazing with Tyler during the Easter egg hunt and made sure Tyler found plenty of eggs too. He really is such a sweet little boy, he just gets so easily distracted that I forget it sometimes.Despite the snow we had a pretty fun Easter!! Saturday morning we went to the Herriman City easter egg hunt where JD was traumatized by all the butt crack he saw when helping Ty get eggs, I thought he had seen a ghost by the time he got back to me and Kaden I was dying laughing.
You know as a Mom when you have a dream like vision of how your kids are going to behave after the Easter Bunny arrives with some small presents.... and it usually never happens. Well I am here to tell you DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!! The Easter Bunny surprised the boys with some Legos and a table to play on, the day was awesome. I heard the majority of the conference talks on Sunday while playing legos with the boys and preparing desert for my parents house that night. It was truly an enjoyable and fun day just hanging out together and being home.
The night was spent at my parents house were eggs were scattered in every possible place you could think of inside since it was a little too wet and chilly to have it outside. Then while all the cousins ran around together the bigger kids, not me, played a serious game of basketball JD came in dripping. To say the least it was a great Easter Weekend!!
