Thanksgiving Day

We had a great Thanksgiving day that started with Turkey pancakes (which the kids loved) and then went skiing and finished off with a yummy, yummy dinner at Michael & Karra's. We are surely blessed and thankful for everything and more importantly everybody we have in our lives.

13th Anniversary in San Diego

JD had to work in San Diego on our Anniversary so I went down with him for the weekend. We had a blast taking naps on the beach, shopping and riding beach cruisers to La Jolla. We even got take out and had a nice quiet dinner in our condo. After renting a surfboard JD headed out into the water and even before he was all wet he got stung by a sting ray. He decided to stay out there and not fifteen minutes later he got stung again. So he decided to come in. We went up to the condo and soaked his foot for an hour in hot water. Then we headed back out and made sure to do the sting ray shuffle.

St. George

Toquerville Falls

Biking the Green Valley Loop

We went down to St. George with my family for the Snow Canyon Half but no one ended up running the race. I was injured and Amanda & Colby were too busy working on their house to train. We stayed at Coral Canyon in these awesome condos with an amazing pool.

Basement Walls

We did 12 foot walls in part of the basement so it took a little while for them to get all the forms up so cement could be poured. Every step is so exciting and fun to watch!!

We had a line of cement trucks all day getting the walls poured.  I swear every truck had a HUGE $$ sign on it!! I had to keep telling myself it is all in the budget!!
