Lake Powell 2009

My adorable Ty
Chillin with Grandpa watching a movie!!
Running and jumping down the sand hill
Going on a hike with Grandpa
The weather wasn't the greatest this year so on a chilly windy day the fam and Kayci went for a little boat ride and found lots of different of different Bear Caves as Kaden called them.

Lake Powell 2009 Continued

While the older kids were fishing these three, Kayci, Ty and Cameron, played in this tiny pool for forever just laughing their heads off and getting everyone around them wet.
Kaden caught three fish one afternoon and he was so excited!!
Hanging out with Grandma while everyone went down the waterslide
JD took Ty down the waterslide the boys built and Colby engineered.
NO ONE has a sexier husband than I do especially with that sweet hair!! Looking HOT Hon

Ty, Ty is Two

The day started off with his first ride in one of Daddy's FedEx trucks he loved it!!
We went and go him and Oreo ice cream cake and he wouldn't let go of it we were afraid he wouldn't let anyone else at the party have a piece but he did. It was a little squished by the time we made it home.
His favorite present turned out to be a bubble blowing lawn mower.

Ty is the happiest little boy around, of course he does have a little fiestiness too. He is a mirror image of his Dad in both looks and personality. Every day I am taken back with his sweet hugs and smiles. We love our little Ty guy and our so grateful to have him in our life!!

The Bee's Game

So about a month ago, we went to the Bees game. It was a lot of fun. Kaden and Ty got free Bee's shirts and Kaden had three mascots, the Bee, USU Aggie mascot and some fox mascot sign his shirt he loved it.

Also about a month ago we were driving in the car when Kaden said to me, "Mom can I run the speed limit?" A little puzzled I replied, "you mean can you run as fast as the speed limit?" "Yeah Mom, because when I run I feel like I am going as fast as the speed limit!!" He is such a cute little boy with an amazing imagination!!

Everyday is a New Adventure

This is Kaden's first year of baseball and it is so fun to watch him. He runs the bases as fast as he can. He is in the Rookie league where you get three tries from the machine and then you hit it off the tee. Last night the pitching machine stopped so the coaches where pitching to the boys. Well Kaden hit the ball off the pitch for the first time. He was so excited!! Way to go bud you are doing awesome.
So yesterday morning after the kids where up at 6:30am, and I could tell it was going to be a long day I decided I can either stay home and probably end up yelling at the kids or go somewhere new and exciting. So we headed up town to the Childrens Museum for the morning and it was so much fun. Kaden and Tyler loved playing with all the many different toys there. The best part was everyone was happy, well behaved and we had a great time.
Ty and Kadens two favorite things were the helicopter and the tubes you put the balls in!!

Last Friday we spent the day at Grandma Reeves house while JD was flying to Chicago. The kids rode bikes played on the swing set, played in the sand and then when Brittany got home from school they all went to check on the ducks in the pond. Brittany and her friend Morgan were kind enough to take Jaxson and Kaden canoeing with them. Thanks Britt for all your help and for being such a fun aunt!!

Family Trip to St. George

Family, Bike, Swim, Sun & Sand... What more could you ask for.

My best friend!!!
If two floatation devices doesn't keep him safe I don't know what will!!
Kaden rhode up the big hill behind him 2X without stopping. He absolutely loves riding his bike now. We rhode bikes at least once a day. He would pedal as far and as fast as he could then ride in the trailer with Ty and have a little break.
Suprise, suprise more sticks. The back of our car would have been filled to the top if I would have let him put the sticks in the car. Luckily we were able to find a nice safe home for everyone of them!!
Notice the long sleeve shirts they were evidence of the rain and slush we left behind.

Last Saturday JD and I decided to take a family trip to St. George and it was a blast. Kaden was a little worried at first about not having any of his cousins or friends there to keep him company and kept on asking if Jaxson was going to be there. But after a day of riding bikes, swimming, playing in the sand and going to the park he realized maybe his Mom and Dad aren't that boring after all. The boys were amazing and so well behaved and I soaked up as many sun rays as I could find. It was so much fun just being together as a family, I have to be the luckiest girl in the world!!
